Contact channels

  • General support: support@mascopal.com
  • Privacy and data requests: privacy@mascopal.com
  • Community reports: use the Report action on the relevant post or comment.
  • Subscriptions and payments: manage through Apple ID > Subscriptions.

What to include

  • The email address connected to your Mascopal account.
  • Device model, iOS version, and Mascopal app version.
  • A short description of the issue and screenshots if helpful.
  • For subscription issues, include the Apple receipt number or purchase date if available.

Response times

  • Account access and billing issues: usually within 2 business days.
  • GDPR and privacy requests: within the time required by applicable law.
  • Security reports: prioritized as quickly as possible.
  • Community reports: reviewed within 24 hours where required by policy.

Pet health emergencies

Mascopal support is not an emergency veterinary hotline.

For poisoning, breathing difficulty, bleeding, seizures, sudden weakness, or rapid deterioration, contact the nearest veterinary clinic immediately.

For planned maintenance or widespread incidents, we may provide updates through the website and in-app channels.
