End User License Agreement

Mascopal grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control.

Mascopal retains ownership of the software, source code, brand, designs, and related intellectual property rights.

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or modify the app except where applicable law allows it.
• You may not bypass security, subscription, quota, or access controls.
• You may not use the app for illegal, harmful, abusive, or animal-welfare-threatening purposes.

If you download Mascopal from the App Store, Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's standard license terms may also apply.

Apple is not a party to this EULA, but Apple may have third-party beneficiary rights for App Store distribution.

We may release updates for security, performance, legal compliance, or product improvements.

Some features may require the latest app version.

If you violate this EULA, your license may be suspended or terminated.

When the license ends, you must stop using the app and delete unauthorized copies.

The app is provided with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully fit-for-purpose operation.

Mascopal should not be used as a substitute for veterinary care, emergency services, or official medical records.
