Community Guidelines

• Photos, videos, and stories about your pets.
• Questions about pet health, nutrition, and behavior.
• Lost and found pet posts and rescue coordination.
• Tips, training advice, and product recommendations.
• Celebrating milestones such as first vet visits, new homes, and birthdays.

We remove content that:

• Harms or threatens people or animals.
• Harasses a specific person, including insults, threats, or doxxing.
• Contains hate speech, slurs, or dehumanizing language targeting any group.
• Depicts abuse of animals in any form.
• Promotes self-harm or suicide.
• Shares personal information such as phone numbers, addresses, national IDs, or email addresses.
• Spams the feed with repetitive posts or off-platform promotions.
• Is completely unrelated to pets or animals.

Pet health questions are encouraged. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment decisions.

Mascopal's AI assistant is not a substitute for professional care and will remind users to seek veterinary help when appropriate.

If you see something that violates these guidelines, tap the more menu on any post or comment, select Report, and choose the reason that best describes the issue.

We review all reports within 24 hours. Critical reports, including animal abuse and self-harm, are escalated immediately.

Our moderation system combines automated AI review and human oversight.

If your content is removed and you believe this was a mistake, contact support@mascopal.com within 30 days. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

Depending on severity, we may:

• Remove the content.
• Issue a warning.
• Temporarily restrict your account.
• Permanently remove your account.
• Report serious violations, including animal abuse and CSAM, to relevant authorities.
