Mascopal is the controller for personal data processed through the app, website, and support channels unless a specific feature says otherwise.

• Pet profile data, care logs, reminders, and health notes.
• Documents, photos, and user-generated content you choose to upload.

• Contract: to provide the app, accounts, subscriptions, and requested features.
• Legitimate interests: to secure the service, prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve reliability.
• Consent: for optional features where consent is required, such as certain analytics or permissions.
• Legal obligation: to comply with applicable law, accounting, tax, safety, or regulatory duties.

Mascopal is a global product and may use infrastructure providers in different countries.

When personal data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections, data minimization, and provider security reviews.

• Access: request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: ask us to correct incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Erasure: request deletion where the law allows it.
• Restriction or objection: ask us to limit or stop certain processing.
