Shipping

Every Mascopal order ships with complimentary insured shipping.

We prepare the piece in about two working days. Delivery is usually five to seven days after it leaves the workshop. The dates on the product page are the ones that apply to that watch. You receive a tracking note when the piece is on its way.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries offered at checkout. If a country is not offered there, we cannot ship the order.

Duties and taxes

Taxes shown at checkout are part of the order. If a carrier or customs office charges an import duty that checkout did not include, that charge is the buyer's.

If the parcel arrives damaged

The shipment is insured until delivery to the address given at checkout. Write to us from the contact page before you discard the packaging.
